By using Skate Up, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
Skate Up lets you film tricks, upload clips for scoring, find spots, follow riders, and compete on leaderboards. Features may change over time.
You may use the app as a guest and/or sign in with Apple. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping any device you use secure.
You keep ownership of clips and other content you upload. You grant us a license to host, process, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate Skate Up (including scoring and feed features). Do not upload content you do not have the right to share, or content that is illegal, abusive, or infringes others' rights.
Some features may require a paid subscription or in-app purchase billed through Apple or Google. Auto-renewing subscriptions renew until you cancel in your store account settings. Restore Purchases is available in the app where purchases are offered. Refunds are handled by the applicable app store.
Skate Up is provided as-is. Skateboarding and BMX involve risk of injury. You use the app and participate in skating at your own risk. We are not liable for injuries or damages arising from your use of the app or from skating activities.
